This fee covers our basic diagnostic services.

In most cases, we can "clone" your existing hard drive, so that your computer retains the same appearance and functionality as before the upgrade.

Quietech Associates, Inc charges $120 per-hour for our in-store services. On-site visits are billed at $120 an hour for home users, and $135 an hour for business users, with an hour minimum, with additional hours billed in ¼-hour increments. Early-hour / late-hour appointment slots are often available, and are billed at time and a half.
We require 24-hours notice for appointment cancellations and changes. Changes / no-shows / cancellations of in-store services with less than 24-hours notice will be billed a $30.00 cancellation charge. Changes / no-shows / cancellations of on-site services with less than 24-hours notice will be billed a $60.00 cancellation charge. Mileage to all on-site visits that are within a 10-mile range of our shop is included in the hourly rate. We charge $5.00 per-mile one-way for any locations that are more than 10-miles from our shop. (Example: a location fifteen-miles total from our shop location is a five-mile overage. The mileage fee would be $25.00) Our mileage fee covers staff time for driving, fuel, insurance, etc., and allows us to serve customers in a wider radius.
We charge $120 per-hour for shop time. We charge a 1/2-hour minimum for in-shop time, with additional time billed in 1/4-hour increments. All services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, and our turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Faster service is often available upon request, and is billed at time and a half.
