This fee covers our basic diagnostic services.

Quietech Associates, Inc charges $120/hour for our in-store services. We charge a $75 diagnostic/check-in minimum for in-shop time, with additional time billed in 1/4-hour increments. All services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, and our typical turnaround time is 48-hours or less.
On-site visits are billed at $135/hour for home users, and $150/hour for business users, with an hour minimum, with additional hours billed in ¼-hour increments. Early-hour / late-hour appointment slots are available on a case-by-case basis, and are billed at time-and-a-half for weekday evenings, double-time for weekend appointments.
We charge $120 per-hour for remote login to your system. We charge a 1/2-hour minimum for this service, with additional time billed in 1/4-hour increments. Early-hour / late-hour appointment slots are available on a case-by-case basis, and are billed at time-and-a-half for weekday evenings, double-time for weekend appointments.
We require 24-hours notice for appointment cancellations and changes. Changes / no-shows / cancellations of standard in-store services with less than 24-hours notice will be billed a $30.00 cancellation charge. Changes / no-shows / cancellations of New PC Setup services with less than 24-hours notice will be billed a $120.00 cancellation charge. Changes / no-shows / cancellations of on-site services with less than 24-hours notice will be billed a $135.00 / $150.00 cancellation charge respectively. Mileage to all on-site visits that are within a 10-mile range of our shop is included in the hourly rate. We charge $5.00 per-mile one-way for any locations that are more than 10-miles from our shop. (Example: a location fifteen-miles total from our shop location is a five-mile overage. The mileage fee would be $25.00) Our mileage fee covers staff time for driving, fuel, insurance, etc., and allows us to serve customers in a wider radius.
