There are generally two different types of repair a printer might need. One, is physical repair for issues like paper jams, clogged ink, smudges/lines, etc. The other type is for connectivity. This covers the connection between the printer and your computer/tablet/phone. See below for how we can help you!
In our modern throwaway world, printers are near the top of the list of electronics that are made to be disposable... we call this "manufactured e-waste"! But like so many of our clients, we love to keep things out of the landfill whenever possible. We offer a few levels of physical printer repair services here at our location:
Attempt to perform repair or performed light printer repair such as a paper jam or run programmed cleaning cycles.
Attempt to repair printer due to clogged ink nozzle, dirty print heads, dirty roller, etc. which requires disassembly and/or cleaning materials.
Due to the nature of printers, printers do not fall under the 14-Day shop warranty period. Keep printer flat during transport!
There are five standard connection types on modern printers: USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Wi-Fi Direct, and Bluetooth.
We can resolve USB, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi direct connectivity issues here at our shop. All printer connectivity issues that involve your printer being Ethernet or Wi-Fi connected require us to come to your location to fix.
