When you book, the time showed indicates the amount of time we need to fix the phone. A follow-up appointment to pickup your fixed device will be set at your drop-off time.

If we are out of stock of a component you request, we will make every effort to notify you before the scheduled appointment.
If you select the incorrect phone when booking your repair services, you will be responsible for paying any difference in price between the phone selected and your actual phone upon check-in. This may also affect inventory.
If the frame of the phone is severely bent, we will be unable to fix the device (except for potential data recovery purposes).
We do not work on liquid exposed phones. If we discover water damage in your device, we will cease our repair efforts immediately, and a $25 tear-down fee will apply for the work that was done.
We do not replace batteries on iPhones 11 or newer. Please call Apple directly @ 800.275.2273, as these devices are not cost-effective for third-party shops to repair.

Go to Settings > General > About. To the right of Model, you'll see the part number. To see the model number, tap the part number.
