Back in June of 2020, we discontinued repairing Android phones for a number of reasons (the vast variety in models made it incredibly hard to stock all the parts we needed for all the phones that could possibly walk through our doors, some models are very difficult/costly to repair, etc.).
We were similarly faced with a very difficult decision with iPhones as we have watched iPhones become harder and harder to fix, with less and less cost effectiveness to the repairs, and could see the writing on the wall that it was time to shut the department down. The newer iPhone models coming out are extremely difficult to repair and have incredibly expensive parts, and the older models that we could still fix just aren't holding up (some of which is intentional "bricking" on Apple's part). We are recommending Cellairis in Roseville as a fantastic cell phone repair shop (and they also do Android!)
