1) You can turn the computer on and get past the login screen (we can't fix lost computer passwords from afar), and 

2) Your internet is functional

We can help!   We charge $130/hr with a 1/2-hour minimum, with additional time billed in 1/4-hour increments. Changes / no-shows / cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be billed a $35 cancellation charge. 

Important Note: We have been experiencing issues with supporting newer Mac computers remotely, due to their strict security settings.  Our remote support software is aware of the issue and will be working to find a solution.  In the interim, we are not providing remote support on Mac computers.
